    (A) The mAb 15A11 binds to CD56+ cells within a lymphocyte-gated PBMC population (gate R1), but it does not bind to cells outside a lymphocyte gate (R2). (B) The mAb 15A11 binds to approximately 22% of CD56brightCD16 peripheral blood-natural killer (PB-NK) cells (R1*R3*R7 gated population, top panel) and to approximately 84% of CD56dimCD16+ NK cells (R1*R3*R6, second panel), but binds only to approximately 1% of CD3+CD56 T cells (R1*R5, third panel) and to approximately 3% of CD3+CD56+ T cells (bottom panel).
