The SOCS box of suppressor of cytokine signaling-3 contributes to the control of G-CSF responsiveness in vivo
Blood Boyle et al. 110: 1466

Supplemental materials for Boyle et al, Vol. 110, Issue 5, 1466-1474

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Quantitation of STAT3 and ERK1/2 activation in G-CSF–stimulated bone marrow cells (JPG, 38 KB) -
Phosphorylation of STAT3 (A) or ERK1/2 (B) is shown as a percentage of total STAT3 or total ERK protein present. The density of protein bands from the western blots shown in Figure 2A and 2B was determined using Scion Image software, and the amount of phosphorylation calculated as a percentage of the total protein band. Results are presented graphically where each timepoint shows the protein activation for SOCS3+/+, SOCS3ΔSB/ΔSB, and SOCS3ΔVAV/− bone marrow.
