Irradiated (30 Gy) and non-irradiated 38C13 tumor cells were incubated 30 minutes on ice with either media alone, control mouse IgG2a mAb, or anti-idiotype antibody. After washing away unbound antibody cells were analyzed via flow cytometry for (A) bound IgG or (B) surface IgM. Filled in line represents unstained cells, thin grey line represents isotype control staining, and thick black line represents (A) anti-IgG FITC staining or (B) anti-IgM PE staining. (B) Irradiated cells were also cultured overnight at 37°C after S1C5 mAb incubation and surface IgM detected via flow cytometry.
