Analysis of mouse LMIR5/CLM-7 as an activating receptor: differential regulation of LMIR5/CLM-7 in mouse versus human cells
Blood Yamanishi et al. 111: 688

Supplemental material for: Yamanishi et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1-3. Sensitivity and specificity of anti-mLMIR5 Ab (PDF, 232 KB). -
(S1) Ba/F3 cells were transduced with a Flag-tagged mLMIR1, mLMIR2, mLMIR3, mLMIR4, or mLMIR5, which was derived from CBA/J mouse or B57BL/6 mouse, or mock as described. Surface expression levels of LMIR were confirmed by staining with FITC-conjugated mouse IgG1 or anti-Flag Ab (lower panel). These cells were stained with polyclonal goat IgG or anti-mLMIR5 Ab, followed by PE-conjugated anti-goat IgG F(ab’)2 (upper panel). mLMIR (CBA) or (B6) indicates mLMIR derived from CBA/J or B57BL/6 mouse, respectively. (S2) Hematopoietic cell lines were stained with polyclonal goat IgG or anti-mLMIR5 Ab, followed by PE-conjugated anti-goat IgG F(ab’)2. (S3) Cell lysates of BMMC or Ba/F3 cells transduced with a Flag-tagged mLMIR5 or mock were immunoprecipitated with mIgG1, anti-Flag Ab, goat IgG, or anti-mLMIR5 Ab and then immunoblotted with anti-mLMIR5 Ab or anti-Flag Ab.
