Blood Mezger et al. 111: 534

Supplemental materials for: Mezger et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. Genotyped polymorphisms and statistical analysis (PDF, 151 KB) -
Association analysis between genetic polymorphisms in CCL2, CCR1, CCR5, CCR6, CCR7, CLEC7A, CXCL10, ICAM-1, IFNG, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12B, IL-18, SCYA20, TLR2, TLR4 and TNF-α and the risk for patients after alloSCT to develop IA. Numbers of homzygous and heterozygous alleles used for statistical comparison are indicated. Significant p-values (p< 0.010) as obtained by Allele-Frequncy-Difference-Test are emphasized in bold letters; p-values p<0.050 in italics. In significant markers, risk alleles were labelled in bold letters, respectively. Positions of the SNPs in the respective genes have been determined at http://snpper.chip.org.
