    Single CD34KSL cell was cultured with IL-27 (10 ng/ml) in the presence of SCF (10 ng/ml) in serum-free medium supplemented with 0.5% BSA for 14 days. Colonies were individually picked and were cyto-centrifugated. Cells were stained with May-Gruenwald-Giemsa solution. One of the representative photos is shown. (A) ×400; (B) ×1,000.
