Supplemental materials for: Pagel et al
Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. White blood count (wbc) and percent murine leukemia blasts in the peripheral blood of leukemic SJL/J mice over time (JGP, 36.2 KB)
-
SJL/J mice innoculted with 1 × 105 leukemia cells on day 0 followed by weekly blood draws for assessment of wbc and percent leukemia blasts by flow cytometric analysis. The combined expression of CD45, SS, and CD117 allowed for a specificity of 0.1% in identifying the leukemic blasts by flow cytometry.

- Figure S2. Photomicrographs of hematoxlyn and eosin (H&E) stained tissue specimens comparing tissues from normal and leukemic SJL/J mice on day 23 (JPG, 68 KB)
-
Tissues from non-tumored SJL/J mice and SJL/J mice injected with 1 × 105 AML cells on day 0 and euthanized 23 days later were harvested, fixed in 10% buffered formalin, and stained with H&E for pathological analysis. Evidence of myeloid leukemia is visually apparent in marrow, spleen, liver, and lung in mice that received leukemia cells 23 days prior compared to normal mice that did not receive leukemia cells.

- Figure S3. Effect of a biotinylated polymeric, N-acetyl-galactosamine-containing clearing agent (CA) on circulating 30F11 Ab-SA conjugate (JPG, 21.9 KB)
-
A group of 5 BALB/c athymic mice were injected i.p. with 1.4 nmol of the 125I-30F11 Ab-SA conjugate 8 hours at time 0. Mice were injected i.p. 8 hours later with 5.8 nmol of CA. Serial blood samples were obtained from the retro-orbital venous plexus at multiple time points after the injection of the Ab-SA conjugate and analyzed by gamma counting.
