- Table S2. Genes upregulated following the re-introduction of Scl (PDF, 251 KB)
- Figure 1. Raw data for real-time PCR analysis Scl ChIP assays (PDF, 1455 KB) -
Amplification curves obtained with oligonucleotides flanking the computationally identified E boxes in the Runx1 (top panel) and Runx3 (bottom panel) loci. As Supplement to Figure 4.
- Figure S2. Raw data for real-time PCR analysis for Scl, Lmo2 and E47 ChIP assays (PDF, 165 KB) -
As Supplement to Figure 7.
- Figure S3. Quantitative PCR analysis for Scl, Runx1 and Runx3 expression (PDF, 46 KB) -
Expression was normalised against b-actin and expression in the myeloid progenitor cell line 416B was set as 1 for each gene.
- Figure S4. Western blot analysis using anti mouse Scl antibody (PDF, 99 KB) -
Protein lysates of 416B myeloid progenitor cells and tat-Scl transduced YS1 cells were analysed by Western blot using a commercial goat polyclonal anti-Scl antibody (Santa Cruz SC-12982X at 1:2000 Dilution)
- Figure S5. Expression patterns of Scl, Runx1 and Runx3 across 79 human tissues (PDF, 153 KB) -
Plots were obtained from the Genomic Foundation of Novartis GNF SymAtlas v1.2.4 online server. The red line indicates 10-fold over median expression. The semi-transparent red box highlights the fact that all three genes are expressed at more than 10-fold over median in human CD34+ cells.
