(A) Lysis of CHO cells by day 8 cytokine cultured NK cells from B6 (left) or DAP12ki mice (right). Lysis was blocked using anti-Ly49DmAb (black fill), a control anti-TCRV 2 mAb (gray fill) or no mAb (open symbols). (B) Lysates from day 4 cytokine cultured NK cells from B6 mice were immunoprecipitated (i.p) with mAbs to NKG2D, Ly49D or Ly49G. Western blots (WB) detected associated DAP10 or DAP12.
