R406 inhibits the proliferation of DLBCL cell lines (PDF, 15.1 KB) - The DLBCL cell lines were treated with serial dilutions of R406 or vehicle alone and evaluated thereafter by MTT assay. For each cell line, R406 EC50 was calculated using GrapPad Prism 4 software. Table S2. DLBCL cell line comprehensive cluster assignment by ensemble classifier (PDF, 14.4 KB) - The number of genes/features used in each classifier was chosen to be the one minimizing the LOOCV classification error as measured on the training set (the original 141-sample primary DLBCL dataset 1). Once the optimal number of features was selected, a classifier with as many features was built based on the entire training set and was then applied to the test set of DLBCL cell lines. Of note, different classifiers may use different numbers of features.
