Mannose-binding lectin status is associated with risk of major infection following myeloablative sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
Blood Mullighan et al. 112: 2120

Supplemental materials for: Mullighan et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Table S1. MBL levels in donors and recipients stratified by full MBL2 coding genotype (PDF, 52.2 KB) -
Full MBL2 promoter and coding genotypes are given as combinations of haplotypes, with pairs of haplotypes separated by a forward slash. The three letters in each haplotype refer to alleles at the −550 promoter polymorphism (H/L), then at the −221 polymorphism (X/Y), than the coding region (“A” for a wild type coding region, and “B,” “C,” or “D” for the MBL2 coding mutations).

  • Figure S1. Baseline mannan-binding levels in donors and recipients stratified by full MBL2 promoter and coding genotypes (JPG, 90.3 KB) -
MBL2 genotypes are shown as combinations of promoter and coding haplotypes. Each haplotype has the promoter alleles HY, LY or LX in combination (in cis) with a wild type coding region (A) or one of the coding mutations B, C or D. Thus “LYA/HYD” represents individuals with one LYA haplotype and one HYD haplotype (and so are heterozygous for the D coding mutation. Donor data is shown as open boxes, and recipient data as hatched boxes. The striking difference between donor and recipient mannan levels is particularly striking for the HYA and LYA genotypes.
