Supplemental Methods

Plasmids

Plasmids encoding TEK and FES were obtained from Origene (Rockville, MD), and plasmids encoding EphA3 and PDGFRB were obtained from Invtirogen (Carlsbad, CA). Plasmids encoding DDR2 and TYRO3 were obtained from the German Resource Center for Genome Research. The DDR1 cDNA was provided by Dr. Wolfgang Vogel, and the CSK and MST1R cDNA were provided by Richard Breathnach. The LTK cDNA was provided by Haley Hieronymous and Todd Golub, and the EGFR cDNA was provided by Heidi Greulich. The FLT3 and FGFR3 clones were used as previously described,31,46 and BMX, RET, HCK, and MATK were obtained from the Harvard Institute of Proteomics human kinase clone set.
