Indirect involvement of allergen-captured mast cells in antigen presentation

  • Video 1. Live cell imaging of DCs phagocytosing apoptotic BMMCs (AVI, 498 KB) -
    PKH26-lableled BMDCs were adhered onto 24-well plates and co-cultured with apoptotic BMMCs that previously incorporated fluorescent OVA through anti-OVA IgE. Images of the co-cultures were captured by a fluorescent microscope every 7 minutes for 7 hours. The images were sequenced together to create a movie at 7 frames/second. The DCs and apoptotic mast cells are represented in red and green, respectively.
