Primer sequences and PCR conditions for detection of c-kit, CCR9, Notch 1 were as follows: c-kit, AGA CTT GCT GGG ATG CAG AT and ACA GAA TGG TCT ACC ACG GG with an annealing temperature of 55°C, product 154 bp; CCR-9, CAG AGA GCA ACC CAG CTC TT and AAC AAG ACT GTT GCC CAA GG with an annealing temperature of 55°C, two isoforms 316 bp and 267 bp are detected; Notch1, CGG CTG TGT CTG CCG ACG CAC A and CCA GCA GCC TCA CGA TGT CGT GA with an annealing temperature of 68°C, product 441 bp; IL-2R , TCG GAA CAC AAC GAA ACA AG and GTA TCC CTG GACGCA CTG AT with an annealing temperature of 55°C, product 208 bp.
