Blood Szymczak et al. 111: 3514

Supplemental materials for: Szymczak et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Suppression of endothelial angiogenic marker expression in HUVEC by ω-3 PUFA (JPG, 45.8 KB) -
HUVEC were treated with VEGF (V) and bFGF (F) separately or in combination (VF) for 20 h. Some incubations also contained AA, EPA (10 µM) or indomethacin (IND, 5 µM) as indicated. Levels of endothelial markers angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2), Tie-2 (Ang-1 and Ang-2 receptor) and two VEGF receptors (VEGF-1 and VEGF-2) were determined by Western blotting (n=3). -Tubulin levels are shown to indicate equal loading.
