ABC DLBCL and GCB DLBCL cell lines and tumor samples were profiled for gene expression using Affymetrix U133plus arrays. Shown is the relative expression of genes that were differentially expressed between two lymphoma subgroups (p<0.001; mean fold difference > 1.5 fold) and that were differentially expressed between lymphoma subgroup cell lines (mean fold difference > 2 fold). In each panel, expression levels in tumor samples and cell lines were separately median centered.
