Steel factor coordinately regulates the molecular signature and biologic function of hematopoietic stem cells
Blood Kent et al. 112: 560

Supplemental materials for: Kent et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. CD45midRhoEPCR++ cells are almost exclusively SP (JPG, 78.7 KB) -
The upper 0.1% of the EPCR+ cells (EPCR++) are CD45mid (A) and, when plotted against Rho (B), can be divided into 3 clusters (Rho, Rhomid and Rhohigh). When further examined by dual wavelength analysis of their Hoechst 33342 content, the degree of Rho staining appears to correlate with the level of Hoechst staining, as can be seen by the proportion of each group that falls within the indicated SP fraction (C–E).
