Expression of CCL21, S1P1, CD169, and Lyve-1 is comparable in ears (skin) and lymph nodes (LN) of MR−/− and WT mice (JPG, 107 KB) - Immunofluorescence stainings show that small lymphatic vessels in the ears are positive for CCL21 and S1P1 (arrows). In LN, CCL21 expression is bright in T cell areas while germinal centers (GC) are practically negative. S1P1 and Lyve-1 expression in LN is most prominent in the lymphatic and subcapsular sinuses. CD169 identifies macrophages in the subcapsular sinuses (thick arrows). Bar 50 µm.
