The protein profile of each chromatographic step, determined by absorbance at 280nM, is shown as a continuous line. Fractions from each chromatographic run were pooled pair-wise and tested for NPA as described in Methods. NPA content is shown by shaded bars. (A) Blue Sepharose depletion of serum albumin from CSF−/−/GM-CSF−/− MEFs conditioned medium. (B) Size exclusion chromatography on Superose 12.
