- Table S1. Sequences of the primers used for RT-PCR amplification of selected genes to corroborate SAGE results (PDF, 25.1 KB)
- Table S2. Highly representative differentially expressed genes in CLL compared to healthy CD19 cells (XLS, 37 KB)

Functional analysis was performed using the 1,000 top expressed tags in CLL and nCD19+ libraries. The cutoff is based on p value (p<0.05, Fisher’s exact test), obtained by the number of genes present in the data classified among their functional characteristics. The analysis was performed using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis software.

- Figure S2. Pathway analysis of genes attributed to cell death (JPG, 172 KB)
-
(A) All 165 proteins assigned as Cell death, overlaid with CLL results. Color intensity is proportional to the number of tags present in the UNM library. Only direct interactions are represented by yellow arrows and lines. The constructed pathway demonstrates FAIM3 (TOSO) as an unknown sub-cellular localized protein with no connections to any other node. (B) Pathway analysis of proteins related to Fas induced apoptosis. The analysis demonstrates the connection between FAIM3 (TOSO) and Fas/Caspase 8 pathway. The blue lines were add based on published data,22,23 full lines represent direct and dashed lines represent indirect connections/relations.
