Construct #7412 was used in all experiments within the manuscript. DNA fragmentation associated with SALL4-reduction (JPG, 44.8 KB) - The control NB4 cell population displays only limited DNA fragmentation (1.8%) associated with normal population cycling (left) while the SALL4-reduced NB4 cell population displayed pronounced DNA fragmentation (39%) associated with increased apoptosis (right).
