- Figure S1. Identification of 71 differentially expressed genes between stimulated (S) and unstimulated (US) cases (JPG, 65.9 KB)

This analysis reveals the presence of 2 clusters that mostly reflects the IgVH mutational status: while the majority of IgVH mutated cases do no exert changes upon stimulation, in the IgVH unmutated cases it is possible to observe changes between S and US samples.

- Figure S2. Identification of 6 genes (EGR3, NR4A1, DUSP4, LRMP, CD39, and an unknown sequence) differentially expressed in 2 IgVH unmutated cases after 6 hours of stimulation (JPG, 13.6 KB)
-
The same genes are upregulated also at 24 hour.
