    (A) At day 15 after rAAVeGFP (upper panel) or rAdeGFP (lower panel) administration, splenocytes were co-stained with the eGFP200-208 tetramer and antibodies to CD8, CD62L, CD127 and CD43 activation associated glycoform. Numbers represent percentage of tetramer-positive CD8+ T cells that stain positive for each cell surface molecule. Gated as in Figure 2A. Data represent 2 independent experiments each with 5 pooled animals group.
