Blood Yakubenia et al. 112: 1472

Supplemental materials for: Yakubenia et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. AAL-binding to GR-1+ leukocytes (JPG, 61.6 KB) -
Binding of fucose-specific AAL to Gr-1 positive leukocytes from Slc35c1bm−/− mice (thin line in upper panel), Slc35c1−/− mice (thin line in lower panel), and littermate control mice (bold line in both panels) was analyzed by flow cytometry. Leukocytes were incubated with APC-labeled mAb Gr-1 binding to the Ly-6 antigen and with PE-conjugated streptavidin in combination with biotinylated AAL or PE-conjugated streptavidin alone (thin line with filled area in both panels). Results are representatives of 3 separate experiments.
