(A) Patient #1, note prominent forehead, almond shaped eyes, and hypertelorism. (B) Patient #2, note the asymmetric skull with flat occiput, epicanthal folds, flat nasal bridge, high broad forehead, small/deep-set eyes, and sparse hair. (C) Patient #3, note epicanthal folds, short anteverted nose, smooth phitrum, mild hypertelorism, sparse and flaring hair on the medial side of the eyebrows and inverted nipples.
