Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. Effect of PI3K inhibitor, ZSTK474, on the growth of ALL cell lines and normal lymphocytes (JPG, 15.9 KB)
-
ALL cell lines, A3, and Tanoue, along with primary human CD4+ peripheral T cells and mouse thymocytes, were treated with various concentrations of ZSTK474 for 72 h. Cell proliferation was measured, as described in materials and methods. Graphs represent a curve fit analysis of the dose response data.

- Figure S2. AKT stimulation in ALL cell lines, A3, and Tanoue (JPG, 10.8 KB)
-
Cells were plated overnight in serum-free media, followed by treatment with 5 ng/ml of insulin for 30 min. Cell lysates were analyzed by western blotting for phospho-AKT and total AKT for loading control. Figure shows comparison of untreated and GSK690693-treated cells.
