Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. Fluorescence microscopy analysis (JPG, 191 KB)
-
Fluorescence microscopy analysis of TRAF2 (Red) and cIAP1 (green) (A) or TRAF2 (Red) and GM130 (Green) (B) expression in TPA-differentiated THP-1 cells (24 hours), in the presence of 30 µM MG132 (A) or 10 µM Lactacystin (B) added for the 7 or 4 last hours of treatment respectively. When indicated, cells were incubated with irrelevant primary antibody and specific secondary antibody. The nuclei were stained using Hoechst (Blue). Original magnification ×500.

- Figure S2. Flow cytometry analysis of transduction efficacy (JPG, 62.3 KB)
-
Cells were transduced either with a control vector (white areas) or with the IRES-GFP pMXs-IG vector encoding GFP alone, TRAF2* - GFP, c-IAP1ΔRING - GFP and c-IAP1 - GFP (grey areas). Percentage of transduced cells and mean fluorescence intensities (MFI) are indicated.
