Supplemental materials for: Palendira et al
Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. Proportion of memory CD8+ T cells in the BM (JPG, 70.5 KB)
-
(A) Flow cytometry histogram plot showing the gating of CD8+ T cells from the lymphocyte population. (B) Flow cytometry profile showing the gating of memory CD8+ T cells. After gating on CD8+ T cells, the dual expression of CD45RA and LFA-1 was used to identify memory T cells. CD8+ T cells that were CD45RA+ LFA-1low were considered naïve CD8+ T cells (N) and the rest were considered memory cells. (C) & (D) show the proportion of memory CD8+ T cells (as quantified by 100%, the percentage of naïve cells) in paired blood and bone marrow samples.

- Figure S2. CD8+ T cells homing to the gut and skin are excluded from the BM (JPG, 149 KB)
-
(A) Examples of flow cytometry plots for the expression of CLA, CCR4, CCR6, and CCR9 in paired blood and BM samples. The expression of homing markers were analysed by gating on lymphocyte population and analysing the dual expression of CD8 and the homing receptor. (B) Frequency of CD8+ T cells expressing CLA, CCR4, and CCR6 in paired blood and BM samples (n=5).
