(B) Frozen sections from secondary lymphoid organs from BALB/c or C57Bl/6 mice were stained with B220 (red) and CD3 (green) and assessed by confocal microscopy. Together these data clearly show the higher number of B cells in C57Bl/6 compared to BALB/c mice both in the periphery and secondary lymphoid organs.
