    Allogeneic CD40-activated B cells were co-cultured with naïve CD4+CD25 T cells for 6 days. Cells were harvested and stained intracellularly with IL-2-PE (right panel) or isotype control mIgG1-PE mAbs (middle panel). The IL-2 expression in B cells was showed in right panel.
