- Table S1. Lyn yeast two-hybrid screen (PDF, 43.4 KB)
- Table S2. Liar yeast two-hybrid screen (PDF, 45 KB)
- Figure S1. Cell line and tissue expression of Liar (JPG, 92.2 KB)
-
(A) Northern blot analysis of Liar mRNA expression in hemopoietic cell lines. Expression is quantitated relative to GAPDH levels with lineages identified below (E, erythroid; M monocyte; Mt, mast cell; B, B-cell; T, T-cell). (B) Northern blot analysis of Liar mRNA expression in murine tissues.

- Figure S2. Cell cycle analysis of Liar localization (JPG, 25.2 KB)
-
(A) Fluorescent images of COS-7 cells expressing GFP-tagged Liar analysed during the cell cycle using an IN Cell Analyser 1000 (GE Healthcare). Cell cycle stages were determined morphologically and by time. G2, Gap phase 2; PM, prometaphase; M, metaphase; A/T, anaphase/telophase; C/G1, cytokinesis/Gap phase 1; G1, Gap phase 1; S, synthesis phase.

- Figure S3. COS-7 cells expressing high levels of Liar undergo mitotic failure/apoptosis (JPG, 61.8 KB)
-
Fluorescent images of COS-7 cells expressing high levels of GFP-tagged Liar analysed during the cell cycle using an IN Cell Analyser 1000 (GE Healthcare). Cell initiates mitosis a 2h that fails to resolve and the cell then undergoes apoptosis at 16h.

- Video 1. Time-lapse movie of Liar localization during the cells cycle (MOV, 4.92 MB)
-
COS-7 cells expressing GFP-tagged Liar were imaged at 30 min intervals over 24 h using an IN Cell Analyser 1000 (GE Healthcare).
