- Table S2. Differentially expressed genes in MV4-11-R vs MV4-11 (JPG, 1.11 MB)
- Figure S1. IDR E804 induced cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase in MV4-11-R cells (p<0.01) (JPG, 69.9 KB)
-
MV4-11-R cells were treated with DMSO control and IDR E804 (50 nM) for 24 hours. Cells were washed, fixed, and stained with Propidium Iodide (PI). Cell cycle analysis was performed with flow cytometry. The experiments were repeated three times. The distributions of cell cycle were shown in the table below (DMSO Ctrl vs IDR E804).

- Figure S2. Lower dose of IDR E804 dose-dependently inhibited STAT activities and expression of surviving (JPG, 69 KB)
-
MV4-11-R cells were treated with DMSO control or IDR E804 at dose of 2, 5, 10, and 20 nM. Cells were harvested, lysed, and followed by Western blot analysis. Actin was use as loading control. The relative reduction of survivin was quantified by densitometric analysis.
