    Graphic representation of in vitro prednisolone responsiveness in Jurkat cells after 2-DG treatment. Response to prednisolone was measured by the MTT assay (black bars) and trypan blue counting (grey bars); cell survival in non-treated cells was set to be 100%. Cells were treated with 550 µg/ml prednisolone and 2mM 2-DG. Representative experiments are shown; data are presented as means ± SD (n=4).
