Supplemental materials for: Choi et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Figure S1. Coimmunoprecipitation between TM4SF5 and integrin through integrin α5 cytoplasmic tail (JGP, 54.2 KB) -
SNU449 cells were transiently cotransfected with a mock or with myc-(His)6-TM4SF5 alone or with myc-(His)6-TM4SF5 plus integrin α5 WT or tailless mutant (α5/1). Anti-(His)6 antibody immunoprecipitates from the lysates were blotted for the indicated molecules. *: nonspecific internal control; α5ecto: integrin α5 recognized by anti-integrin α5 recognizing an extracellular region; α5cyto: integrin α5 recognized by anti-integrin α5 recognizing the cytoplasmic tail.
