Phosphoantigen-activated V{gamma}2V{delta}2 T cells antagonize IL-2–induced CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T regulatory cells in mycobacterial infection
Blood Gong et al. 113: 837

Supplemental materials for: Gong et al

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • A short-term IL-2 treatment of macaques induced Vβ3+ and Vβ5a+ CD4+Foxp3+ T regulatory cells (JPG, 94.5 KB) -
Changes in percentage and absolute numbers of Vβ3.1+, Vβ5a+ and Vβ8a+ CD4+Foxp3+ T cells in PBMC of three groups of monkeys (BCG; BCG + IL-2; BCG + IL-2+Picostim) over time after treatment/infection. ** P < 0.001 for differences between BCG+IL-2 and BCG groups. The comparison between BCG + IL-2 and BCG + IL-2+Picostim groups were not done since we did not known whether individual Vβ+ subpopulations was unselected in unknown MHC backgrounds or down-regulated due to IL-2/Picostim treatment.
