Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. Redundant expression of Rap GAPs in the thymocytes (JPG, 29.4 KB)
-
RNAs were extracted from the cells of various tissues, and the expression of the genes encoding Rap GAPs was examined with the use of Northern blot analysis.

- Figure S2. Reduced αβ T and increased γδ T cells in the peripheral lymphoid tissues of lck/SPA-1 Tg mice (JGP, 45.2 KB)
-
Spleen cells from lck/SPA-1 and littermate SPA-1flox Tg mice at 8 weeks of age were two-color analyzed with anti-TCRβ and TCRδ antibodies (upper). αβ T, γδ T, and B (B220+) cells were sorted from the LN of lck/SPA-1 Tg mice, and the genomic DNAs were analyzed for the Cre-mediated recombination by PCR (lower). Open arrowhead indicates a flox and closed arrowhead a deleted band. (B) The absolute numbers of αβ T and γδ T cells in the spleens and LNs of lck/SPA-1 (solid columns) and littermate SPA-1flox (open columns) Tg mice at 8 weeks of age are indicated. The means and SE of five mice are indicated. *, P<0.05.
