  • Figure S1. Immunization and serum collection schedule (JPG, 16 KB) -
    Mice (wt or mixed BMC) were immunized s.c. in the left flank at day 0 with the Ag±αGalCer. Mixed BMCs were given 60 days before immunization to reconstitute the mature peripheral immune system. At day +13, sera were collected to determine antibody responses after the first immunisation. At day + 14, mice were re-immunized with the Ag alone, given s.c. in the left flank. At day +27, sera were collected to determine antibody responses after the second immunization.
