Activin A was active on mDC (JPG, 51 KB) - mDC didn’t migrate to Activin A. To investigate the response of mDC to Activin A, we analyzed the Akt phosphorilation after treatment with optimal concentration (100ng/ml) at the different times. The Western blot shows the typical Akt activation kinetics of rapid phosphorylation (at 1 and 3 min) and dephosphorylation (15 min). The Western blot analysis was a representative of two indipendent experiments. Figure S2.
