Supplemental materials for: Stachura et al
Files in this Data Supplement:
- Figure S1. ZKS cells support hematopoietic cells over one month in culture (JPG, 248 KB)
-
Fold change in lymphoid (left), precursor (center), and myeloid (right) cells present in WKM cultures with ZKS cells (triangles, solid lines) and without (circles, dashed line). n=3. Fold change is given at left, and days in culture are given at bottom.

- Figure S2. ZKS cells support proliferation of hematopoietic cells (JPG, 480 KB)
-
WKM cells labeled with CFSE (Day 0) before plating in media (top) or on ZKS stromal cells (bottom) were analyzed by flow cytometry over time to measure fluorescence. Peaks of CFSE+ cells shifted to the left of Day 0 peak denote cells that have undergone proliferation, as CFSE is diluted in the daughter cells. Green; myeloid, Purple; precursor, Blue; lymphoid.
