- Figure S1. Ciclopirox olamine decreases survivin expression in malignant cell lines (JPG, 284 KB)
-
Solid tumor (OVCAR3, HT-29, HepG2, DU145, HeLa) and leukemia (OCI-M2, OCI-AML2, NB4, HL-6) cell lines were treated with CPX (2.5 µM) or buffer control for 48 hours. After incubation, total protein was isolated. Levels of survivin and GAPDH were measured by immunoblotting.

- Figure S2. CPX and structurally related analogs compound structures (JPG, 155 KB)
-
CPX (6-cyclohexyl-1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-(1H)-pyridone compound with 2-aminoethanol (1:1)) and CPX-analogs ADP (1-amino-4,6-diphenyl-2(1H)-pyridinone), MDP (1-(1-methylethoxy)-4,6-diphenyl-2(1H)-pyridinone) and DPOH (1-hydroxy-4,6-diphenyl-20(1H)-pyridinone) compound structure.
