lymphocytic leukemia preceded by cold agglutinin disease: intraclonal immunoglobulin light-chain diversity in VH4-34
expressing single leukemic B cells," which appeared in the November
1, 2002, issue of Blood (Volume 100:3419-3422), Laboratory

Czech Republic, should have been included in the affiliations, and the
