In "Materials and Methods," the authors stated that "the P1-derived artificial chromosomes (PAC) clone designated 4396 was isolated from a commercial library (Genome Systems, St Louis, MO). . . . ." Although the human PAC library was screened at Genome Systems, the library was in fact prepared by Drs Panos Ioannou and Pieter de Jong.
