Confocal image of a human umbilical vein endothelial cell treated by small inhibitory RNA knock-down of the guanine exchange factor RalGDS and then epinephrine. Weibel-Palade bodies were visualized by immunofluorescent staining of von Willebrand factor (green) while staining of beta-catenin (red) was used to delineate the cell membrane.
