Your subscriber number is the same as your ASH Member ID. If you do not have access to your ASH Member ID, please email the bloodsubs{at}hematology.org
to obtain your subscriber number. In your email, please provide your full name and mailing
address, exactly as they appear on your ASH Membership.

for your Blood Online subscription. If you are trying to update your email address to request a new password, please contact the bloodsubs{at}hematology.org for assistance. Please note, updating your email address for your Blood Online account does not update your ASH Membership email address. To update your ASH Membership email address, please update your Member Profile on the ASH website.

to obtain your subscriber number. In your email, please provide your full name and mailing address where you receive your Blood Journal.
