2010 Blood Subscription Rates (Volumes 115 & 116)
Blood is published weekly, plus the Annual Meeting Abstracts publication in November (53 issues total). Issues are published every Thursday. Subscriptions correspond to the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Orders received after the start of the subscription year are guaranteed delivery of all back issues within the calendar year.

Tier Price Definitions
Tiers are assigned, based on the type of institution below. Subscription agency orders for which end-user information has not been supplied will be defined as Tier 3 subscriptions.

2010 Individual Subscription Rates
Individual Subscriptions are for personal use only and must be placed directly with ASH and paid by personal check or personal credit card. We reserve the right to decline any individual subscription for which we have insufficient information.

Important Information
- Payment Information: Subscriptions require prepayment. Payments may be made by check (drawn on a U.S. bank with U.S. funds) or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). Please send all remittance to:

- Cancellations: Subscriptions may be cancelled at a 100% refund if the request is received before the start of the subscription period. No refunds after the start of the subscription period.
- Claims: Missing or damaged issues should be claimed within 4 months from the publication date. After 4 months, issues will be available for purchase (see Single Issue Rates above for prices). A maximum of 6 claims will be honored in a 12 month period. Claims must be submitted via bloodsubs{at}hematology.org.
- Subscription Agencies: Discounts are allowed for agencies that have a relationship with us. Agented orders must include complete end-user addresses. Otherwise regular rates will apply. - Proforma Invoices: Upon request, we will send a proforma invoice or price quote.
